Shipment, Customs, Duties and Taxes

All items purchased on Gani are made pursuant to a shipping contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from Gani pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

The use of the Gani site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.

Gani offers worldwide shipping.

The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information.He or she also has to bear any additional charges for custom clearance and perform custom clearance procedure legally required by the destination country. Any delay in deliveries due to custom clearance procedures is beyond our control.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gani strives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual products.

However, Gani does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content of Gani is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.Variations of the actual colors as well as the “look and feel" can be caused by technical, typographical, digital or photographic reasons. Besides, how you “see" our site depends on your computer monitor and other technical factors as well.If a product offered by Gani itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All of Gani products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Except as expressly stated herein, Gani disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Gani site.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Gani arising from any product sold on the Gani site is the price of the product ordered.

In no event shall Gani, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

All our products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. All warranties are voided if the item has been worked on such as: sized, repaired, setting adjustments, ring modifications, and engraving by another jeweler, other than Gani Jewelry.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

The Gani Jewelry Warranty does NOT cover the following items:

1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Gani Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. The jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)

2. If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from Gani Jewelry, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.

3. The loss of a center stone, such as a diamond is not covered under the Gani Jewelry warranty.
