Delivery Information

Processing orders

  • At GANI Jewelry we work 6 days a week (Sunday-Friday)
  • All orders are shipped directly from the factory. Most of the items are made to order with your specifications and will be shipped within a few days.
  • In case of special sizes, or out of stock items - order processing time will be within 4-5 business days.
  • Before we ship your order we need to get your payment approved. Our customer service may contact you for additional information if needed. Do not worry, your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Tracking your order

An email notification will be sent the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment. if the package is sent by FedEx than a FedEx tracking number will be provided in order to give you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's.

Please be advised that our confirmation e-mail may be received as Spam. Check your 'Spam'/'Junk' mail inbox and add info@ganijewelry.com to your email address book to ensure our emails make it into your inbox.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately by email (info@ganijewelry.com) or by phone.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Easy, hassle-free 30-day return policy

GANI is commited to provide the best service for our customers. In the case of any issues, or product damages we allow a 30 day return the item not more than 60 days from the date the order received.

In a case of return please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us by email (info@ganijewelry.com) and provide us with the relevant order return.
  2. Fill in the form in the RETURNS page to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
  3. Ship the package back to us to this address (U.S ONLY):

For returns from outside the U.S please contact us by email (info@ganijewelry.com) or phone.

  • Make sure that the item returns in the original gift box
  • Please add the RMA form and all the documents received with the original package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return. These include:

  • Items which are no longer in new condition.
  • Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
  • Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing.
  • Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
